The Circle Bar Racing team will utilize chassis CB-21 this weekend at Nashville Superspeedway. Chassis CB-21 is the team’s workhorse on the intermediate tracks, and was raced a total of six times in 2009. Most recently, it was raced to a ninth-place finish at Atlanta Motor Speedway on March 6.
Painted Torch Red for this weekend’s race at NSS, the Circle Bar Truck Corral Ford will proudly display the American flag on the rear quarter panels, reminiscent of the scheme that Crawford drove to victory at Daytona in 2003.
With his 19th-place finish last weekend at Martinsville Speedway, Crawford advanced four spots into a tie for 12th place in the driver point standings, and is 10 points out of the top 10 and 178 points out of the lead.
Crawford is one of three drivers to have competed in all nine NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events at Nashville Superspeedway. Crawford leads or is tied in categories for:
miles completed (1,798.15), lead-lap finishes (8) and running at the finish of races (8).
Inhis truck series career, Crawford has been running at the finish of 292 races, the most of any driver in the series and a mark of 90.0%.
Crawford has logged over 56,000 miles in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competition, the most of any driver in series history.
Crawford will make his 326th start – extending a Series record – this weekend at Nashville Superspeedway. Crawford’s impressive string of race starts began at the Walt Disney World Speedway on January 19, 1997.
